We’re transforming performance and efficiency for customers across the globe, giving them the vital edge in their markets. ### Make an impact Swisslog are currently seeking a SAP EWM Senior Service Engineer based out of our Dortmund office with hybrid working available. - Accompany our customers on their journey with Swisslog’s SAP EWM solutions, building trust and relations - Knowledge of SAP ERP/EWM and/or understanding of warehouse processes - Serve as the 2nd and 3rd level support contact point for our customers - Get to know the ins and outs of our customers’ processes and implementations and gain hands-on experience with the future of warehouse automation - Cooperate closely with stake holders, key users and our internal SAP EWM project realization teams - Classify and resolve incidents and service requestsIdentify, design, implement and test software changes - Perform root cause analysis and bug fixes for recurring and complex problems - Create knowledge repositories, solution guides and documentationIn coordination with the team, participation in a rotating on-call model ### What you need to succeed - Successfully completed studies in the field of informatics/logistics or comparable training and experience - Be enthusiastic about solving puzzles and finding solutions, contributing to high customer satisfaction - Have a customer-oriented and analytical way of working and communicating - Knowledge of SAP ERP/EWM and/or understanding of warehouse processes - Experience with SAP EWM-MFS is an advantage - Experience in reading ABAP source code or programming is an advantage - Experience in dealing with on-call activities (separate remuneration) is an advantage - Flexibility for occasional assignments outside normal working hours - Good written and spoken English skills, fluent German is an advantage #LI-SM1 #### Our promise to you Swisslog is a world of opportunity for people who can deliver a game changing mission: driving the future of intralogistics, by shaping an era of robotic and data-driven automated solutions that create exceptional customer value.
