Job Description

Every bank, public authority and critical infrastructure operator in Europe is facing the same question right now: are we allowed to use AI? Most of them can't send their sensitive data through US platforms, and they can't afford to fall behind either.

Myra AI Workspace is our answer, and it's live. It gives entire organizations secure access to 20+ leading AI providers and to open-weight models running on Myra's own certified German infrastructure. PII masking, guardrails, budgets and a full audit trail are built in. Chat, projects and an AI gateway come together in one platform under one contract.

The product is on the market, the growth targets are clear, and the opportunity in front of us is huge. We're looking for a person who will own it and scale it. That's not someone who maintains a backlog. It's someone who has built AI products before, who tries the latest models and tools the week they come out, and who wants to define how Europe adopts AI securely.

Your Responsibilities

You'll own AI Workspace end to end, including its growth targets.
  • Own the vision, roadmap and priorities for AI Workspace, and make the hard calls on what not to build
  • Drive growth across the whole funnel: free trial and self-serve sign-up, activation, organization-wide rollout and expansion into enterprise accounts
  • Decide what comes next (agents, workflows, connectors, new models) based on customer evidence and usage data, not feature requests
  • Build things yourself: prototype ideas with current AI tooling before engineering commits to them
  • Work with Engineering and Design as co-builders, ship fast and iterate in production
  • Shape pricing and packaging with Sales and Marketing, and give Sales a story competitors can't match
  • Stay ahead of new models, agent frameworks, AI attack techniques and regulation like the EU AI Act and NIS-2, and turn what you learn into product decisions

What success looks like after 6 months
  • AI Workspace is on track against targets.
  • Activation and trial-to-paid conversion have measurably improved by significant percentage.
  • You've shipped at least one feature that has wowed our customer.
  • There's a roadmap the whole company uses to make decisions
  • Sales wins against US AI platforms and other adoption tools with a clear, differentiated story
  • The team ships faster because of how you work

Your Qualifications

What you bring
  • You've built and shipped AI products. You've taken AI-powered products to production, and you know the difference between a demo that impresses and a product that survives real users.
  • You've grown a product. You've owned metrics like activation, conversion and expansion, and you've moved them, ideally in a product with both self-serve and sales-led motions.
  • AI is how you work, not just what you read about. You use agents, coding assistants and LLM APIs daily, and you've built your own tools or prototypes with them.
  • You understand enterprise B2B. You know how enterprise customers evaluate, buy and roll out new technology, and why regulated buyers care so much about sovereignty, auditability and compliance.
  • You're technical. You can discuss gateways, routing, model trade-offs, cost, latency and evaluation with engineers as peers.
  • You think commercially. You've worked on pricing, packaging or positioning for a SaaS product.
  • You're curious about security. You want to understand how AI changes the threat landscape, from prompt injection to data leakage.
  • Fluent English; German is a strong plus.

How to apply

Skip the generic cover letter. Along with your CV, send us:
  1. A link to something you've built: a product, repo, demo or write-up
  2. A few sentences on the most ambitious thing you've built with AI in the last 12 months
  3. Try AI Workspace with the free trial and tell us one thing you'd change, and why
