The role coordinates the vendor and contract lifecycle and provides transparency on invoices and cloud costs across domains, functions, and cost types. It supports sourcing and make-or-buy decisions by providing relevant commercial and vendor insights. Success is reflected in compliant IT sourcing, transparent and attributable spend, and well-informed sourcing decisions. **About Your Tasks** - **Coordinate** the vendor and contract lifecycle across IT to support compliant and cost-transparent sourcing. - **Analyse** invoices and cloud costs by domain, function, and cost type to make IT spend attributable and actionable. - **Monitor** vendor and contract information to support transparency and adherence to contractual requirements. - **Evaluate** commercial and vendor information to support make-or-buy and sourcing decisions. - **Support** IT stakeholders in sourcing decisions by providing relevant vendor, contract, and cost insights. - **Contribute** to vendor (re)negotiations by applying commercial judgement and foundational knowledge of contract law. **About Stakeholders** - **IT stakeholders and domain/function representatives:** collaborate on vendor requirements, cost attribution, and sourcing decisions. - **Manager and Governance – Financials & Analytics peers:** align on vendor, contract, and cost transparency topics. - **Procurement / sourcing stakeholders:** coordinate contract lifecycle and sourcing-related requirements. - **External vendors:** coordinate commercial and contractual topics throughout the vendor lifecycle. #### Qualifications **About You** - **Hold** a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field. - **Bring** a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in vendor and/or contract management. - **Demonstrate** practical experience with sourcing-related topics, with relevance to an IT environment. - **Apply** foundational knowledge of negotiation principles and contract law. **Technical Skills and Competencies** - **Analyse** invoice and cost information to create transparent and actionable views of spend. - **Apply** vendor and contract management principles across the contract lifecycle. - **Evaluate** commercial information to support sourcing and make-or-buy decisions. - **Experience leveraging AI**, intelligent automation, workflow technologies, or low-code platforms to simplify governance, increase transparency, and improve decision support. #### Additional Information **About Your Benefits** In order to provide you with the best possible support for your individual needs - whether it‘s living a healthy life, having enough time for your family, or developing your skills - we offer a wide range of different, site-specific benefits: - **Sports:** Stay healthy.
