## Job description

#### What we’re looking for

We are looking for a hands-on **FPV Drone Builder & Flight Test Specialist** to support our engineering team with flight testing, tuning, prototype setup, and test infrastructure. You will be a core part of our R&D process – configuring flight controllers, tuning Betaflight/PID gains, and ensuring stable, repeatable flight performance in a fast-moving defense tech environment.

**Strong hands-on FPV experience is non-negotiable.** EU citizenship or eligibility for EU security clearance is required.

#### The day-to-day

- Assemble, configure, and fly FPV drones and prototypes
- Bind and calibrate RC transmitters, receivers, and video links
- Test ground control software of autonomous systems
- Define and improve test procedures, checklists, and documentation
- Build and maintain test setups, fixtures, and supporting test devices
- Report test results, learnings, and improvement ideas directly to the R&D team

#### You should apply if you

- Have strong hands-on FPV experience – building, flying, tuning, and repairing
- Are comfortable working in Betaflight or similar software
- Have a good feel for flight behaviour and practical debugging
- Work in a structured, tidy, and reliable way
- Give clear, honest feedback when something doesn't work
- Are available full-time and on-site
- Hold EU citizenship or are eligible for EU security clearance
- Drivers License class B

#### Nice to haves

- Basic coding or scripting experience
- Background in defense, security, or operational drone environments
