Your mission
Lead the vision for the product, defining its strategic direction and purpose
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Development, Infrastructure, Design, QA, and Customer Success, to build products that fulfill market needs
Create and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
Take ownership of the product throughout its lifecycle, from ideation through launch and beyond
Analyze product metrics to make informed decisions, identify areas of improvement, and measure success
Ensure that the product aligns with the overall company vision and long-term strategy
Provide strong leadership and effective line management by setting clear expectations, conducting regular performance reviews, supporting career development, and fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Your profile
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in agile teams
Proven experience in line management
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Strong understanding of end-to-end product development processes, software architectures, API design, market research, customer engagement, and usability testing
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Bonus: Experience in the automotive industry, supply chain or B2B software solutions
