General information

Mavie operates at a high-impact strategic crossroads, combining the agility of a dynamic venture with the established ecosystem strength of UNIQA.
Our mission is to fundamentally transform the European healthcare landscape by delivering holistic wellbeing solutions that empower individuals throughout their entire health journey. We are reimagining healthcare to be more connected, accessible, and personalized.

By joining Mavie, you benefit from a stable, resource-rich environment while retaining the speed and entrepreneurial mindset needed to build and scale new solutions. This “venture agility” gives you the freedom to create real value without the funding challenges of an independent venture or the bureaucracy of a traditional corporate environment.

Your mission

As Growth Product Manager, you own the acquisition and activation of the MyMavie app. Together with our partner channels, you run constant experiments to find out what makes people sign up and quickly see the value of the app.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead continuous product discovery and experimentation.
  • Leverage AI-assisted prototyping tools such as Claude Code or Lovable to rapidly test concepts.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver viable solutions.
  • Navigate digital health constraints, including SaMD, privacy, and compliance.
  • Drive product-led growth through data-informed prioritization and measurable outcomes.
  • Run experiments on messages and onboarding together with our partner channels.
  • Own the funnel metrics from first contact to activation and use them to decide what to test next.
  • Work in a product duo with a product owner who drives delivery with engineering.

Your profile

  • 6–8 years of experience in digital product development
  • A strong B2C digital product track record, from ideation to growth.
  • You think in hypotheses and experiments and can tell us what you learned from them, including the ones that failed
  • You have moved signup or activation metrics and can show it with numbers.
  • Startup or scale-up experience is a big plus
  • You don't wait for instructions. You are curious and try things out.
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus.
  • Healthcare, digital health is a plus
